Current users include Tuakau Fellowship Church, Out of School Care, St Johns cadets, Local craft quilting and cake decorating groups, Local fitness groups,Tuakau Museum and Tuakau bowling club, and Tuakau Rotary Club, plus coffee mornings, and School holiday programs, and Soloman group Language teaching, plus other visiting church groups from Tonga, Tuvalu, Kirabas, and sports groups from around Tuakau and districts.
Local family celebrations for dinners, kids birthdays, family events , weddings, cultural get togethers, and much more.
Self catering is available within the limits of the kitchen [stove, microwave,cutlery, plates, pots and pans etc], and we have local Nominated caterers, Country Cuisine from Tuakau Cosmopolitan club and Sugar Plum café.
Friends of Madill which manages the complex reserves the right to agree to use for groups and controls the rules of use, and all users sign a agreement to use with terms and conditions. All funds from hire are managed for the maintenance of the property and for local community developments.
